At Ralle Movements, we’re committed to creating an authentic and positive experience for every member of our community. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
Merchandise Refunds
All Ralle merchandise is made in limited runs, and each piece is handled with care. Because of this, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your support email] with your order number and a brief description (including a photo, if possible). We’ll review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.
Event Refunds
Most Ralle events are free to attend, but if you register for a ticketed experience, refunds are available only if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
