We’re kicking off Changing Grounds four event series with On on the trails. We’ll cover a 5-mi route through forest paths that capture the best of October. 3 pace groups led by Ralle’s run leaders keep things social. Enjoy On giveaways, shoe demos, a raffle to win a pair, and post-run bites.

About the event
Start your fall Saturday with Ralle and On on the trails along the Minnesota River. We’ll cover a 5-mile route (2.5 out, 2.5 back) through quiet forested paths and open stretches that capture the best of Minnesota in October. Led by Ralle’s run leaders — Michael, Amanda, Lizzie, and Liam — three pace groups will keep things conversational, steady, and flowing at every level.
Every participant will receive an On shirt to run in and keep, and will have the chance to demo On trail running shoes during the run — with a raffle at the end to win a pair to take home. Our friends at Twin Cities Running Company will also be joining us with special giveaways and exclusive participant offers.
After the run, we’ll slow things down for a cozy post-run hang with coffee, cider, and doughnuts from local favorites, a chance to connect,…
