Elevate: L-sit foundations is a workshop focused on progressions to develop core compression, straight-arm strength, and stability. Whether you're working toward your first L-sit or refining your technique, this session is designed to meet you where you’re at.


Expect guided drills, strength-focused exercises, and mobility work—all aimed at improving your core engagement, hip flexor strength, and overall body control.


Meet at Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pier 2 on Sunday at 3 PM. Expect an hour of bodyweight training, mobility work, and skill-focused drills. Bring water, wear comfortable gear, and come ready to move. Please RSVP here!
