About the Instructor:

Hadley is an ACE certified personal trainer who specializes in functional movement. In the last five years she has taught all manner of group fitness classes and trained clients on a one-on-one basis. Hadley’s own movement interests span from dance and yoga to resistance and HIIT training to cross country running and seeing just how long she can hold a handstand. She is primarily trained in theatre and has developed a physical vocabulary through her theatrical background, enhancing her approach to fitness with an added focus on communication with and exploration of the body in space. Her alternative movement upbringing and interest in women’s health has also influenced her style of training clients. Hadley guides her clients to develop intuitive, holistic relationships to their bodies both within and outside the gym; her clients’ successes stem invariably from her personalization of programs…
