About the event
We’ll kick things off with a 3-mile group run, followed by a 20-minute outdoor bodyweight HIIT workout led by Ralle with music to keep you moving. Then, settle in for a 45–60 minute guided journaling and mindfulness workshop led by Emily, founder of Journaling Classes.
This experience is about more than just fitness — it’s an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in an intentional, uplifting way.
