About the event
We’ll kick things off with some movement in the form of a 60 minute yoga class led by Wax, a fantastic local freelance NYC yoga instructor that runs classes at various studios in the city. Then, settle in for a 45–60 minute guided journaling and mindfulness workshop led by Emily, founder of Journaling Classes.
This experience is about more than just fitness — it’s an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in an intentional, uplifting way.
