About the event

A calisthenics session focused on handstand fundamentals—strength, balance, and control. Whether you're learning to kick up or refining your hold, expect guided progressions, mobility work, and stability drills to help you find confidence on your hands.


Meet at Brooklyn Bridge Park, Pier 2 on Sunday at 3 PM. Expect an hour of bodyweight training, mobility work, and skill-focused drills. Bring water, wear comfortable gear, and come ready to move. Please RSVP here!
