About the Instructors: Russia is a proud NYC native and newly certified BIPOC 200-Hour Yoga Teacher through CorePower Yoga. Her yoga journey began over a decade ago in donation-based classes, one of the few accessible options in her community, and she’s carried that spirit of inclusivity into her teaching today. Passionate about making wellness accessible, Russia uses yoga as a tool for managing anxiety and stress, and as a portable practice that can be done anywhere. Beyond the mat, she’s an avid hiker, surfer, and yogi, currently preparing to take on the O Trek in Patagonia.

Jada is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching since May. Her classes weave together balancing postures, intentional breathwork, and smooth, creative transitions to cultivate a practice that is both grounding and energizing.
