Join us Wednesday at 7pm EST for our weekly interval track workout. Led by former College Soccer Athlete & Ralle Co-Founder, Luke. The workout will change from week to week but will always be a blend of speed work, longer strides, and endurance.

About the Leader:
Luke is a former college soccer player who found a passion for track workouts after his playing career ended. As an all around fitness enthusiast, Luke likes to do a mix of workouts/activities from strength & running to surfing and skiing. Luke is part of the Ralle founding team and hopes to bring even more people together through movement in 2026.
