Join us every Wednesday at 7pm EST for our weekly interval track workout. This week's workout is led by former college soccer player, Luke! The workout will change from week to week but will always be a blend of speed work, longer strides, and endurance.

Luke is a former college soccer athlete who has always prioritized track workouts in his fitness programming. With a passion for all kinds of movement & sports, he uses movement as a way to connect with likeminded individuals, challenge himself constantly & anchor his routine.
