9:30am meet at 242nd Street, Van Cortlandt Park (last stop on the 1 train)
6.5 mile run — a mix of road and trail with some pretty technical sections
~10:30-10:40am finish the route.
Coffee and bites after at a spot nearby.
Difficulty: 4/5. This is a real trail run. The route has technical sections — roots, rocks, uneven terrain, elevation.
Heads up on pace: This route has real trail in it. Expect around a 10 min/mile pace with some technical parts. Come ready for that.
