About the Instructor:
Sadie is a recent St. Olaf graduate with a B.A. in Kinesiology and a lifelong soccer player, including at the collegiate level. A certified Yoga Sculpt instructor, she began teaching at St. Olaf and is now expanding her practice into studio settings. Currently working at TCO and coaching soccer, Sadie is pursuing a long-term career in physical therapy. Outside of work, she loves reading, coffee, traveling, and sharing her passion for movement with others.
