Sally is a Brooklyn based Yoga instructor from North Carolina and currently teaches at CorePower Yoga. She’s been teaching for 4 years and has shared her passion for yoga across multiple markets including North Carolina, DC, and now New York. She’s passionate about fostering a community through movement and aligning mind, body, and spirit.Sally loves to incorporate strong, powerful full body movements in her class. During her own practice, she most enjoys working on her arm balances and inversions.
