sweetgreen's mission is to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food. sweetgreen brings healthy food to customers in the realm of fast food which is typically associated with non-organic, unhealthy options. An objective of sweetgreens is to be carbon neutral by 2027, they are doing this with their sustainability initiatives and connection with local farmers. About the Instructor: Leah is a Brooklyn based Yoga instructor from Chicago and currently teaches at CorePower, Real Hot Yoga, and Yoga Space. She discovered Yoga when she moved to NYC four years ago and has not stopped practicing since. She believes in the importance of mind-body awareness and breath to movement work, while emphasizing listening to our body. She loves to incorporate pilates movements with Yoga as well as a bit of core work.
