About the Instructor:
Leah is a Brooklyn based Yoga instructor from Chicago and currently teaches at CorePower, Real Hot Yoga, and Yoga Space. She discovered Yoga when she moved to NYC four years ago and has not stopped practicing since. She believes in the importance of mind-body awareness and breath to movement work, while emphasizing listening to our body. She loves to incorporate pilates movements with Yoga as well as a bit of core work.
Outside of Yoga, Leah is an incoming law student who enjoys a good movie and a Guinness.
