Move - 9:30am, set up your mat, Bring Your Own Mat (Reforesters has blankets but not yoga mats for attendees) - 30 minute Yoga & 10 minute breath work led by Ralle - Restorative Flow (For All Levels) Vibe - We'll head to Reforester's café for a curated craft tea experience (included in the ticket cost) - Handmade tea blend, time to slow down, share space & conversation - Event concludes at 11am, hang around in the café after if you'd like!
