Content & Community Intern (Part-Time | Unpaid | NYC)

At Ralle, we’re channeling our background as former Division I athletes into building a startup that connects people through movement. We’re looking for a Content & Community Intern to help capture and share the energy of our events through short-form video and social storytelling. If you love sports culture, social media, and being where the action is, this role is for you.

Content & Community Intern (Part-Time | Unpaid | NYC)

Ralle Movements is a community fitness collective creating free, accessible movement experiences in cities like New York and Minneapolis. We partner with brands like On Running, Lululemon, Orvis, and sweetgreen to make movement more social, more fun, and more connected.

Our events feel less like “workouts” and more like modern community gatherings — and we want our content to reflect that.

What You’ll Do

  • Attend 1–2 Ralle events per week (yoga, runs, and social fitness events)

  • Capture short-form video content during events using wireless mics we provide

  • Ask fun, lighthearted, community-driven questions on camera

  • Film candid moments that show the energy and personality of the group

  • Edit 1–2 TikTok-style videos per event for posting on Ralle’s social channels

  • Collaborate with the Ralle team on weekly themes, creative ideas, and storytelling angles

  • Help shape how the Ralle community comes to life online

  • This role is very similar to content roles within college athletic departments — just focused on movement events instead of games.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate

  • Interest or experience in:

  • Social media & digital marketing

  • Content creation (TikTok, Reels, short-form video)

  • Sports, fitness, or community-driven culture

  • Comfortable being on-site, interacting with people, and asking questions on camera

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

  • Creative, reliable, and excited to own a lane with real autonomy

  • No massive following required — we care more about taste, energy, and consistency.

Why Ralle

  • Hands-on experience with a fast-growing, early-stage startup

  • A creative role with real ownership and visibility, not busy work

  • Work that blends sport, fitness, media, and community

  • Build a portfolio of live, published content across growing social channels

  • Be part of an energetic, supportive community rooted in movement

Compensation: Paid hourly or stipend-based

Location: NYC (in-person for events)

Time Commitment: ~5–10 hours per week not including travel to events

Start: Rolling / ASAP
